We've finished our unit How We Express Ourselves! Students finished their iMovies sharing their opinion, reasons, and evidence regarding the Syrian refugee crisis. They did a lot of hard work this past month, and I'm proud of their ability to persevere. These videos may be shown at International Night, so stay tuned!
We are now embarking on a new journey for the next 8 weeks. Not only are we beginning our next unit of inquiry: How the World Works, but we're also partnering with Ms. Martinez from Project Lead The Way. Ms. Martinez will be coming to our classroom every day starting tomorrow to do some work with energy collisions and information systems. The students are excited, so be sure to talk to them about what they're learning in school!
